Bespoke, branded or customised items are unique to you and can not be resold, only where these items arrived to you damaged will they be accepted for return, refund or replacement. Non-unique items can be returned at the buyer’s expense in a resellable condition.

Initiating a Refund/Return Request:

To tell us that you have a problem with an item please email or get in touch with us via out contact form. Please clearly state the issue(s) with your order, including a photo if you want and your order or invoice number. We will respond with return address details and any other relevant information.
